Remember that time that I read and followed directions? Me neither! This week’s mealprep is a little more saga than it is a recipe. This week’s mealprep lunches are Raspberry Chicken Salad Wraps, Veggies & Hummus, with Eggs, Cheese, and Nuts for snaking.
Spent the weekend at my parents house so I could spend time with my mom. Ended up “helping” My mom make mother’s day dinner for her and my aunt. I ate what I could of the meal…..Meat and Asparagus, sadly the pasta salad, crescent rolls, and dessert weren’t #NSNG or #Paleo approved.
If you’re like me and you love sugars, fats, grains, like you crave it. One thing that you will miss is the simple things that you’ve always eaten.
As always I’m posting this late, I have been wrapped up watching the NHL playoffs as my Capitals are slippin’. The depression of another epic DC playoff collapse still has not derailed me from my health goals.
